Buying goods from Polish stores and marketplaces (such as Allegro) has become easier with Vatoff.pl. Even if the seller doesn't ship to your country, you can order, pay, and have your parcel delivered directly to your home, or pick it up from our warehouse. Follow our step-by-step instructions.
1. Register with Vatoff.pl
Before making purchases, create an account on the website. Registration will give you access to your personal account, where you can create shipping orders, choose a convenient delivery method to your country, and track your order status.
2. Register in the store and select a product
Go to Allegro or any other Polish store and create an account (if you don't have one). Find the desired product and pay for it directly to the seller.
3. Enter the delivery address and the Vatoff.pl service address.
In the delivery form, please include:
- Your First and Last Name, as specified when registering on Vatoff.pl.
- Add "VATOFF" to your First and Last Name.
- Enter the Warehouse Address: 3 Maja 4, 16-100 Sokółka, Poland / Include your phone number if necessary.
This will allow the warehouse to identify your parcel and prepare it for further shipment or pickup.
4. Create an order on the Vatoff.pl website.
After your purchase, go to the order section: 
Specify:
- Link to the ordered product (leave a comment if necessary)
- Full delivery address in your country
- Preferred delivery method and shipping cost.
5. Submit your order for processing.
After creating your order, simply submit it through your personal account and wait for it to be processed by the service manager. After processing, pay the commission and shipping cost using your chosen method.
6. Receiving and processing your parcel at the Vatoff.pl warehouse
Once your item arrives at our warehouse, you will receive an email notification, and the order status will be updated in your account. If necessary, our staff will:
- take a photo of the contents,
- repackage the parcel,
- combine multiple purchases into one to save on shipping.
7. Parcel delivery to your country
After preparing your parcel, the service will ship it to the specified address. You will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your parcel.
8. Receive your purchase
A few days after your parcel is dispatched, the courier will deliver it to your address.
