The Data Administrator takes all technical measures and guarantees due diligence aimed at protecting the interests of individuals covered by this Privacy Policy, i.e., those whose data is collected.
In line with the above point, the Administrator ensures, in particular, that: the personal data collected is processed in accordance with the law, processed and stored carefully, enabling the identification of individuals whose data is being processed.
The Administrator is committed to protecting the personal data provided by Users against loss, destruction, disclosure, unauthorized access, or misuse.
The Administrator processes personal data to execute agreements made via the website, in connection with services provided to Users.
Users voluntarily provide their personal data necessary for registration.

To allow logging into the account, which is a subpage of the Service, enabling contact and access to information.

Creating an account on the Service is voluntary, requires the Customer's consent, and allows submissions to initiate cooperation regarding the provision of services.
III. Rights Ensuring Access to Personal Data, Its Correction, Deletion, and Requests to Stop Its Use
The User and Customer have the right to access and correct their data.
Every User and Customer has the right to control the processing of their data contained in the data set maintained by the Administrator, including the right to: request the updating, supplementing, correction of personal data, request the temporary or permanent suspension of its processing, or deletion if it is incomplete, outdated, incorrect, collected in violation of the law, or no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

The Administrator provides the collected personal data of the Customer to state administrative authorities, law enforcement agencies, and judiciary bodies upon their explicit request and only in cases specified by law.
The Administrator has access to User data, including personal data.
All employees of the Administrator have been adequately trained in personal data protection.
Neither the Administrator nor the entities mentioned above share, sell, or lease collected personal data to other individuals or institutions unless requested by the User to whom the data pertains.
The Administrator makes every effort to secure User data and protect it from third-party actions.
V. Final Provisions
For matters not regulated by this privacy policy, the relevant provisions of Polish law apply, especially the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and the Civil Code.

In the case of changes to the current privacy policy, appropriate modifications will be made to this document. Orders placed before the date of policy changes will be handled according to the previous policy.

If a User does not agree with the changes to the Privacy Policy, they may delete their Account.
