The product can be stored in the warehouse for free for 90 days. Storage beyond 90 days is possible for an additional fee, which is discussed individually.
Upon arrival at the warehouse, the product is fully inspected for damages and defects, and packaged goods are checked for packaging integrity. The product must be checked for compliance and integrity upon receipt at the warehouse. After the product is issued and the TAX FREE document is issued, no claims will be accepted.

Our company can arrange delivery of goods to Belarus and Ukraine, but the prices are indicated without delivery costs, which are calculated individually.
To use the warranty on the purchased goods, you need to contact us (for example, via email, providing the order number and the name of the product that needs to be claimed under warranty). Then deliver the goods to the service center in Poland or, if there is an international warranty, contact a service center in your country. Keep your receipt and warranty card! If you are refunding VAT, do not forget to make a copy of the receipt!
